Instructions for Rehydrating Morel Mushrooms:
Rinse the surface of the morel mushrooms with clean water to remove dust.
Prepare warm water at 50°C (122°F).
Place the rinsed morel mushrooms into the warm water and soak for 30 minutes.
After soaking, gently rinse the mushrooms again. Strain the soaking water and use it along with the mushrooms in your cooking.
Recipe: Fish Maw, Morel Mushroom, and Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup
Fish Maw: 40g
Morel Mushrooms: 4–6 pieces
Cordyceps Flower: 8g
Chicken: 1/4 of a whole chicken
Red Dates: 2 pieces
Ginger: 2 slices
Prepare all the ingredients, place them into a stew pot, add water to fill, and simmer for 2–2.5 hours. Enjoy!
