滴,打卡第12天:网红早餐
其实我之前不吃早餐的,但对身体不好容易长胖,于是下定决心开始吃早餐。
这个是跟着Youtuber当当做的早餐。
之前羡慕各位小仙女们作的各种美美早餐,我这次也来试一试。
一激动拍了N张,😂。
牛油果🥑. 三文鱼罐头. 面包🍞.鸡蛋🥚
营养丰富,也超多卡路里😂。不知道为啥会说卡路里少,可能是因为我吃的不是全麦的面包片吧,而且还吃了两片呢!
这些一共要500大卡,感觉做了一顿“假的健康餐”。
晚上🌃吃的是牛排🥩和炒米饭,今天的零嘴是黄瓜🥒。
