入秋了，来一碗热辣辣的胡辣汤暖暖身子
入秋了，阵阵凉意。
好想喝几碗热腾腾的汤水暖暖身子。
于是我终于打开了在亚米买的胡辣汤。
作为广东人，从来没有喝过胡辣汤，只是看《那年花开月正圆》知道了这一道汤，就好奇想试试。喝下去也不知道正不正宗，但感觉挺好喝的，胡椒的辣八角的香面粉的稠，结合得恰到好处。
大包装了有三包粉包和三包菜包，可以分三次做，很划算。一次用一包菜包和一包粉包。粉包加300毫升凉水搅拌备用。
我用鸡肉熬了1000毫升汤底，加入菜包煮一会儿就熟了。
最后加入搅拌好的粉水，不断搅拌直至汤水凝固浓稠就可以喝了。一锅大概可以喝三顿，饭前饭后各一碗，所以是六碗或以上了，真的超划算！
