燕谷坊的三色藜麦燕麦粥是我一直期待尝试的
每一份里有15%的三色藜麦添加,是高蛋白高纤维的优质碳水!
100g的三色藜麦燕麦片相当于944g西兰花的膳食纤维,以及542ml牛奶🥛的蛋白质!
0添加,无蔗糖、无香精、无色素!吃着更放心。
它只需用200ml高于90度的开水、牛奶、或者其他你想要搭配的其他液体,泡3分钟就可以食用啦!
口感很细腻软儒,麦香味十足。不过如果像我一样喜欢有嚼劲点的,可能会没有那么喜欢。
燕麦饼干有三种口味,香辣龙虾🦞、孜然牛肉、海盐芝士。
饼干都挺香的,吃的出燕麦香味。
香辣龙虾就一丢丢辣,孜然牛肉的孜然味也是淡淡的,海盐芝士有着cheese的奶香味!要是出门,或者好咸口的可以试试~
维C泡腾片我也喜欢,含维生素B、C。我个人觉得比其他VC好喝!
用200-250ml溶解后喝,3岁以下小朋友不可以喝哦。成人每日不超过4片,孕妇每日也只可1片
