做法超级简单,上海油焖笋,青豆角罐头,鸡胸肉罐头,直接打开倒入锅中,加入食用油,开火炒,调料我就只加了少许盐,少许黑胡椒粉,其余鲜美味道全来自上海油焖笋了,短短几分钟炒出干香的味道,是不是比方便面还更快速更有营养呢,有肉有笋有豆角。
以前合炒过罐头鸡胸肉,没加青豆角,我也没有另外加盐,炒出来味道对于我这个吃得清淡的刚刚好哦,给大家参考。
