You can easily brew a professional-quality cup at home using these steps:
1. Boil 2 liters of water.
2. Add 60g of our Hong Kong Milk Tea blend.
3. Brew for 8 minutes.
4. Filter using a cotton filter bag.
For a smoother, silkier taste with less bitterness, we recommend "pulling" the tea several times. The tea can be served hot with evaporated milk and sugar, or enjoyed cold with lemon and ice for a refreshing summer drink. Alternatively, for a quicker option, you can use a Moka pot to prepare a strong brew in just 5 minutes.
