This semi-dried noodle is carefully aged and air-dried using a unique method. It comes with a rich sesame sauce that has a slight spiciness. Adding your favorite vegetables or boiled eggs will enhance the flavor even more.

Noodles: Wheat flour (produced in Japan), powdered wheat protein, reduced malt syrup, salt, vegetable oil / processed starch, alkaline water, alcohol, gardenia colorant, (contains wheat and soybeans)
Sauce: Reduced malt syrup, sesame paste, fermented seasoning, soy sauce, brewed vinegar, miso, vegetable oil, oyster sauce, chili oil, sugar, protein hydrolysate, salt, mackerel extract, spices / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), acidulant, (contains wheat, soybeans, sesame, and mackerel)
