Q1 Can I put hot water in the cup?
Do not put excessively hot food or liquids into the cup. The temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius to avoid overheating, which may cause the cup to deform or splash and burn you.
Q2 Why can't the food be blended properly?
The following situations may occur:
* Low battery. Check if the battery is sufficient.
* Large fruit pieces cannot be blended quickly enough. It is recommended to cut them into coin-sized pieces for better taste.
Too many ingredients. When making mixed juices, it is recommended to add softer fruits such as strawberries first, followed by harder fruits such as pears, and not exceed the juicing limit for better blending results.
Fruit peels have many fibers and tend to stick to the sides. It is recommended to shake the cup from side to side.
