This is a new safe and reliable technology that uses only water for extraction and is suitable for pregnant women and lactating patients. It is produced by freeze-drying and grinding raw matcha leaves using a freeze-dryer and a stone mill, with only more than 80% of the caffeine removed.
Approximately 90% of theanine, amino acids and tea catechins (which are beneficial for inhibiting high blood pressure and preventing cancer) are retained.
