使用方法

Prepare the bath or shower: Firstly, make sure you have a comfortable bathtub or shower. Before starting to scrub, wet your entire body with warm water to open up the pores and facilitate cleansing. Use moderate pressure and circular motions, but avoid excessive force to prevent over-friction on the skin. Focus on key areas: Pay particular attention to areas where dirt tends to accumulate, such as the soles of your feet, knees, elbows, etc. You can also massage tense muscles to help relax them and improve blood circulation. Maintain hygiene: After each use, rinse the bath scrub towel thoroughly and hang it in a well-ventilated area to ensure it stays dry and clean. Finish scrubbing: The scrubbing process shouldn't take too long, generally 5-10 minutes is sufficient. After finishing, rinse your body with clean water to ensure no soap or body wash residue remains on the skin.
