This 2-serving fresh ramen faithfully recreates their most popular dish, the "Miso Flavor." This ramen has won the "King of Ramen" title in a local Hokkaido TV show’s ramen ranking. 【Shelf life】
40 days. Please store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures/humidity.

【Ingredients】
Fresh noodles: Wheat flour (made in Japan), wheat protein, dried egg white, salt, edible vegetable oil, kansui (alkaline water), alcohol, processed starch, sodium lactate, thickening polysaccharides, dusting flour (processed starch), coloring agent (Vitamin B2) (Contains wheat, egg, and soybeans).
Soup: Miso, animal fat, meat extract, sugar, garlic, mirin, sesame, salt, brewed vinegar, ginger, onion extract, pepper, vegetable oil, chili pepper / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickening agents (processed starch, xanthan), caramel color, antioxidant (Vitamin E), fragrance, spice extracts (Contains sesame, soybeans, and pork).
