VDL Lumilayer Primer is a radiance makeup primer that brightens, defines and contours face for an illuminating look. With violet lumilayer pigment, it combines and reflects red light and blue light for clear skin, it neutralizes skin’s dullness and yellowness. It can be a highlighter to intensify face features. It gently brings lasting radiance to skin for a luminous complexion.

Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclohexasiloxane, Neopentyl Glycol Diethylhexanoate, Butylene Glycol, Peg-10 Dimethicone, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide, Magnesium Sulfate, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Sorbitan Sesquiisostearate, Panthenol, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Phenoxyethanol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Distearyldimonium, Chloride, Tocopheryl Acetate, Stearic Acid, Tin Oxide, Alpha Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Benzoate.

Apply appropriate amount evenly on face after daily routine skincare. Or mix with foundation/BB cream in 1:1 proportion. Or use as liquid highlighter to apply on nose, forehead, chin, c-zone.
