Usage Instructions

Preparation

Prepare the moxibustion box (some gift sets include a copper box) and open the lid.

Take one moxa cone and insert it onto the fixed needle inside the box.

Light the tip of the moxa cone and wait for it to burn fully.

Temperature Adjustment

Close the lid and rotate the vent to control heat intensity.

Larger vent = higher temperature; smaller vent = lower temperature.

⚠️ Adjust temperature promptly based on personal comfort to avoid burns.

Acupoint Application

Place the moxibustion box into the fabric sleeve and wear it over the desired area.

Refer to the included acupoint chart for recommended locations.

Usage Duration

Each session should ideally last 30 minutes.

Adjust based on personal comfort; beginners should start with shorter durations.

Post-Use Care

Ensure moxa cones are completely extinguished after use.

Clean the moxibustion box and store it properly.
