Usage and Precautions
Rehydration Method (Key Step):
Warm Water Rehydration: Use 30-40°C warm water and soak for about 1-2 hours until completely softened.
Retain Rehydration Water: The filtered sediment from the rehydration water is an excellent 'natural MSG' and can be added to soups for enhanced flavor (discard any sand at the bottom).
Cleaning: After rehydration, gently squeeze and rinse the folds to remove impurities.
Storage Method:
Store sealed in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoiding moisture or odor absorption. It is recommended to consume as soon as possible after opening.
Precautions:
Individuals allergic to mushrooms/fungi should not consume.
Do not rehydrate for too long, especially in hot weather. It is recommended to rehydrate in the refrigerator to prevent bacterial growth.
