HOW TO USE
Remove sanitary napkins from its packaging. With the sticky side down, stick it onto the center of your underwear. Then remove the paper on top of the wings. Wrap around your underwear with the wings Wrap and discard napkin after use. Do NOT dispose it into the toilet.
