■Butter Sandwich, a favorite since the brand's inception
This butter sandwich features two layers of rich butter cream and smooth butter caramel sandwiched between crispy cookies. Made with plenty of butter, it offers a taste and texture that lets you enjoy the flavor of butter itself. The cookies are baked at a high temperature using the traditional Japanese confectionery technique "hasami-yaki," creating an even crispier texture.
■Just like milk tea. The fragrant "Butter Sandwich (Wakocha Earl Grey)": These Earl Grey cookies are kneaded with Wakocha black tea and bergamot oil, creating a gorgeous aroma that spreads softly with each bite. The rich, full-bodied condensed milk butter caramel melts on top, creating a gentle sweetness reminiscent of milk tea. Wakocha black tea and bergamot oil are also added to the butter cream, creating a mellow flavor of black tea and a rich, buttery taste that overlaps in every bite. A soothing taste perfect for the cold season.
