It is suitable for vegetarians and contains high quality protein that provides energy for athletes. INSTRUCTIONS
1. 1-3 servings per day. Wheat Germ Flakes can substitute milk and egg proteins and is good for everyone in your family as breakfast or snack.
2. 20g of Wheat Germ Flakes can be added in milk, yogurt, soybean milk, oat milk or energy soup. Mix until smooth. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your own preference.
3. Wheat Germ Flakes also can be added in salad, five-grain rice, porridge, noodles or for baking cookies.
