Due to the long logistics transportation process or when the chocolate is taken out of refrigeration, there may be a phenomenon where the surface appears whitish. This is a normal physical occurrence, commonly known as "cocoa butter bloom," which is caused by temperature changes or improper storage conditions. While this may affect the appearance of the chocolate, making the surface look slightly dull and lacking in shine, it does not affect the taste or food safety of the chocolate.
