All products are shipped directly from Hokkaido to you. We promise to response to your order and initiate delivery asap. Delivery time could be in 5-7 work days in average (ETA to HI and AK may vary). Most of our products are short shelf-life items, with no inventory available. They require procurement upon order placement, resulting in relatively longer delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask customers to place orders accordingly. Tracking number is available within 24-48 hours once the package label is created. Please understand that our products may be slightly worn or torn in packaging or inside.
The terminology APPRECIATION PERIOD of Japanese snacks is different from shelf life. It is recommended tasting the snacks before appreciation period, however, passing the appreciation period does not necessarily mean they are expired. Decide carefully before your purchase if you have any concerns regarding the appreciation period.
