Hot & Spicy Mala Hot Pot Soup Base, a rich and flavorful soup base with a spicy, numbing mala flavor. This soup base pairs well with beef, mutton and mushrooms, and is perfect for Hot Pot or to make a spicy stir fry or flavorful broth. The "mala" flavor comes from Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers, giving it a numbing sensation unique to Chinese cuisine.
