[Red Secret Powder]
This spicy seasoning is made from carefully selected high-quality chili peppers from around the world, crafted by Ichiran.
The powder has the finest texture for the smoothest mouthfeel and a perfect balance of spiciness and umami.
We have meticulously crafted it down to the 0.01g level, achieving a perfect balance.
It enhances the natural flavors of ingredients and provides just the right touch of spice for your dishes.
It can be used not only for Ichiran ramen but also for other noodle dishes, stir-fries, stews, and various types of cuisine.
If you prefer a mild spice, use a small amount; if you love spiciness, feel free to add a generous amount and enjoy.

[Development Story]
We have received numerous requests from customers who wanted to take home or gift the "Red Secret Sauce" floating in the center of our ramen.
However, this "Secret Sauce" is a closely guarded recipe, known only by four people within the company, including the representative, and is not available for sale.
With this in mind, we began developing a souvenir product that could express the spiciness of the "Red Secret Sauce," aiming to meet our customers’ expectations.
After more than five years of trial and error, we created the "Red Secret Powder," ensuring it would be a flavor that even our loyal customers would love.
We considered not only the flavor but also the ease of use in home kitchens, and thus the new souvenir product was born.
