バファリンAの鎮痛成分「アスピリン（アセチルサリチル酸）」が、痛みや熱の原因となるプロスタグランジン生成を抑制します。
緩衝成分「ダイバッファーHT」がアスピリン（アセチルサリチル酸）の吸収を助け、胃粘膜を保護します。
バファリンAは催眠鎮静成分を含まないので、効果的な時間帯に服用できます。
※ピリジン系成分は配合しておりません。
■使用上の注意
・禁止事項
（症状の悪化や副作用が起こりやすくなる）
1．次の人は服用しないでください
（1）本剤によるアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。
（2）本剤又は他の解熱鎮痛薬、かぜ薬によりぜんそくを起こしたことがある人。
（3）15歳未満の小児。
（4）出産予定日12週以内の妊婦。
2．本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も服用しないでください
他の解熱鎮痛薬、かぜ薬、鎮静薬
3．服用時は飲酒しないでください
4．長期連用しないでください
●相談すること
1．次の人は服用前に医師、歯科医師又は薬剤師に相談してください
（1）医師又は歯科医師の治療を受けている人。
（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。
（3）高齢者。
（4）本人又は家族がアレルギー体質の人。
（5）薬によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。
（6）次の診断を受けた人。心臓病、腎臓病、肝臓病、胃・十二指腸潰瘍の人。

Stevens-Johnson Syndrome: Accompanied by high fever, severe symptoms such as rash, redness, and burn-like blisters appear, affecting the skin, oral cavity, and eyes throughout the body.
Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (Lyell's Syndrome): Accompanied by high fever, severe symptoms such as rash, redness, and burn-like blisters appear, affecting the skin, oral cavity, and eyes throughout the body.
Liver Dysfunction: General fatigue, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes)
Asthma: Wheezing, noisy breathing, difficulty breathing during respiration
(2) If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine 5-6 times
■ Efficacy and Effects
(1) Relief of headache, menstrual pain (period pain), joint pain, neuralgia, back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain, sore throat, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, bruises, sprains, fracture pain, trauma pain, earache, etc.
(2) Reduction of fever, for chills and fever
■ Dosage and Administration
Please try to avoid taking on an empty stomach.
The interval between doses should be at least 6 hours.

・薬の取り出し方
錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して、裏面のアルミ箔を破り、取り出して服用してください。（シートを誤って飲み込むと、食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながることがあります。）

成分：本剤（3錠）中
アセチルサリチル酸：990mg：熱を冷まし、痛みをやわらげる
ダイバッファーHT（合成ヒドロタルシケイ酸アルミニウム）：300mg：胃に負担をかけない
添加物：トウモロコシデンプン、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、酸化チタン、ポリエチレングリコール、青色1号を含有
■保管及び取扱い上の注意
(1) 直射日光の当たらない、湿気の少ない、涼しい所に密栓して保管してください
(2) 小児の手の届かない所に保管してください
(3) 他の容器に入れ替えないでください（誤用の原因になったり品質が変わることがあります）
(4) 使用期限を過ぎた製品は服用しないでください
(5) 品質保持のため、PTPシートのアルミ箔にやぶれがないか確認してください
