Mooncake Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

These mooncakes are pre-sale items, expected to arrive before the Mid-Autumn Festival. Estimated delivery time is shown at the beginning of each product name. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or global disruptions. We’ll notify you of any changes. All items will arrive within shelf life. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping!

If your pre-sale order includes multiple mooncake items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you prefer separate deliveries, please place separate orders.

Pre-sale mooncake orders qualify for free shipping with a minimum spend of $49 (mooncake items only). In-stock items are not eligible for mooncake discounts and cannot be combined with pre-sale items to meet the free shipping threshold.

Kind Reminder: Mooncakes are delicate pastries with a soft, flaky crust. During transit, heat or movement may cause slight surface softening or breakage. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if product quality and taste remain unaffected. Yami will strictly control storage temperature and packaging to minimize any potential damage.

① Authenticity Guarantee: All mooncakes are officially authorized and directly sourced, ensuring traceable origins and reliable quality.

② Lowest Price in the U.S. Guarantee: We support a Price Match Policy. If you find the same product at a lower price on a major U.S. e-commerce platform during the pre-order period, you can request a refund of the price difference.

③ On-Time Delivery Guarantee: We promise 100% on-time delivery. In case of delays due to force majeure, we will issue a special 10% off mooncake coupon as compensation. Thank you for your understanding.

From now until August 23, customers who place pre-sale mooncake orders can receive up to two $30 coupon bundles (each bundle includes one of each of the following coupons):

1. $8 off $99+ on non-food purchases– Applies to beauty, health, electronics, home, clothing, and mom& baby categories (exclusions apply). 2. $5 off $59+ on selected food items sold by Yami; $5 off $49+ on selected Global products 3. 10% off eligible direct shipping orders (up to $12 off) Not valid on certain merchants or products.

Coupon Distribution Schedule: 6/17 11:00–7/16 10:59 orders: two $30 coupons, issued by 7/22 and again on 9/1. 7/16 11:00–8/6 23:59 orders: two $30 coupons, issued by 8/15 and again on 9/1. 8/7–8/23 orders: one $30 coupon, issued on 9/1. *Coupons will be issued to the ordering account and are valid for 30 days from issuance. Limit 2 $30 coupons per account, based on the earliest qualifying purchase period. Multiple orders do not stack. Coupons cannot be combined; one coupon per order.
