🌟 Prepare ingredients and tools 🌟
• Milk 🥛 250ml➕50ml
• Whipped Cream 200ml
• Caster sugar 50g
• Matcha powder 10g
• Scraper and whisk
• Pudding Jar or Mason Jar

Step1. Soak the container with hot water in advance or boil it for a few minutes and wipe it dry for later use. It is best to use a sealed glass container for better storage. It is very practical to wash and recycle the pudding like Paris Baguette after eating.
Step2. Heat 50ml of 🥛 in the microwave for 20 seconds, add matcha powder and mix until there are no particles.
Step3. Prepare the milk pot and add 250ml milk ➕ caster sugar ➕ whipped cream
Slowly cook on medium and low heat until the color is pale yellow and the texture is similar to condensed milk. For example, the state in picture 3 is thinner. I have cooked a little too much~
Step4. Remove from the heat first, then pour in the matcha milk prepared earlier, mix well, then turn on a low heat and cook until it boils. At this moment, the matcha sauce is still relatively thin and thick, so don't worry, it will solidify on its own after cooling. The prepared matcha sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for about two weeks.
