The seasoning only requires salt black pepper and lemon. (I really don't think it tastes good to look at🤣)

But while it's simple, it doesn't mean doing it randomly. Of course, I slightly adjusted the following method (I think this book is not very detailed, and the key points are not clearly stated)

Heat the oil and fry the chicken skin side down (medium-high heat) (sprinkle with salt and black pepper, try to use freshly ground black pepper as much as possible) and fry until the chicken skin is slightly charred. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, turn to medium-low heat and cover the lid and continue to fry (a bit like the feeling of smothering chicken, but the chicken skin should still be burnt (the burn is delicious!)

If it feels almost cooked, open the lid and turn to medium heat. Put the sliced lemon in and fry it. Flip the chicken and put the lemon on it. I can't say the exact time, after all, each piece of chicken is different in size)

超超超简单柠檬鸡 三种调料搞定一餐







说实话做这个方子的我是很忐忑也很怀疑的我一般很少会选择做西餐菜谱里的方子(除了food lab这种有很多干货的)

这个方子来自Food52,我因为看amazon上评分很高就买来看了(钱真的全花在吃的和食谱书上🤣

那天正好晚上夜宵时间饿了家里只有两个解冻的鸡腿,我又懒的弄复杂的就做了这道看上去超快手的柠檬鸡







调味料只需要盐黑胡椒和柠檬。(我真觉得看着就不会好吃🤣

但虽然简单,也不是说胡乱做。当然我稍微调整了下方子做法(我觉得这本书写的不太详细,重点也没说清楚)

热油以后鸡皮朝下煎(中高火)(撒盐和黑胡椒,黑胡椒尽量用现磨的,可以尽量多)煎到鸡皮上色微焦,把半个柠檬挤汁,调中小火盖盖子继续煎(有点类似把鸡肉闷熟的感觉但是鸡皮应该还是焦焦的(焦的好吃!)

感觉差不多熟了就开盖调中火,把切片的柠檬放进去也煎一下,鸡肉翻面煎把柠檬放上去。具体时间我也不好说毕竟每块鸡大小不一)







还有就是这个方子不能用鸡胸,整体风味其实是靠鸡肉本身的香味,没有鸡本身的油脂很难好吃。感觉是简单但挺惊喜的味道,就是普通的好吃!!

虽然我不确定会不会有人怀疑,但切忌不要加糖!
