食用感受

面体泡完后从硬变得Q软。加入醋与酸菜入汤里带来了酸味。辣油当然就是辣味了。调味粉的调味是咸味里面还有黄豆粒。


酸辣味够可是个人感觉加入整个辣包味道才够。醋酸味比较明显。

黄豆泡5分钟刚好不会应为是泡的水而已就会比较硬。


一款吃完本尊后还可以各种利用汤水的酸辣粉。


推荐

1把面泡久一点或者提前用水烫一烫。

   直接泡面体不会全部软Q。会有一部分比较干。

2喜欢酸味可以最后放醋,避免醋在泡的时候加热挥发变淡。(可能性不大)



看外包装还以为会是懒人火锅那种酸辣粉。可是……这款竟然没有发热包……




内附粉条一袋,辣油一包,醋(老陈醋?)一包,老坛酸菜一包。


正在纠结如何烹调盒酸辣粉的时候,拿起了外包装看了看……原来这是一款泡酸辣粉。😓



认真按照食用方式开始处理包包袋袋。

 我的步骤:

1 粉条柔散,推荐把一口打开后加入少许热水在袋子里搓开。可以顺便清洗一下粉条。

2 打开调味粉后一层粉条再撒一些粉。最后多余的撒在旁边。

3倒入酸菜和辣油。

4把热水倒入盒内(盒内有一条示意线哦)

5盒子盖起来等5分钟……



也可以选择在盖起盒子之前放入煮熟的鱼肉等……(酸辣鱼完成)



怕辣的话在旁边附一碗白饭也不错。有菜有饭吃的饱。







吃完怎么办?

多余的汤水还可以来一份麻辣烫。

把烫熟的肉,菜,面食等等沥干水后放入盒内。

盖住盒子静置23+分钟后打开就又可以享受一份好吃的啦~
