I finally pulled the weeds out of this Internet celebrity tinfoil beef. It is really delicious. The beef is marinated and tastes very smooth. There is no need to add additional water during the cooking process. Because the whole process is wrapped in tinfoil, the soup is very tasty in the tinfoil. hint:
- I chose a cast iron pan because it seals well, but any pan with a lid will do.
- Adding a little freshly ground black pepper to the beef before putting it in the pot makes it very tasty.
- Potatoes must be cut into thin pieces before they can be cooked.
- Use a knife to cut through the tin foil and be careful with the steam, it will be very hot!
- Any part of the beef can be used, if the part with more lean meat is used, add some water and oil when marinating.
