KIMBO Pork Sung or RouSong is known as meat floss and very popular in Chinese cuisine. The dried meat product with a light and fluffy texture and has soy sauce flavor. Pork sung is used as a topping for many foods, such as congee, tofu, and savory soy milk. It is also used as filling for various buns and pastries, and can be eaten on its own.
