Back to oats today,
I recommend a very "light" Uncle Quode oatmeal. Although I need to cook it myself, it does not affect my eating every morning.
This oatmeal has no extra sugar. If I think it is too light, I will add a strawberry 🍓 blueberry, which is much healthier.

今日又回到了燕麦,
推荐一款非常“清淡”的缺德舅燕麦,虽然需要我自己煮,但并不影响我每天早上都会吃。
这个燕麦没有多余的糖分,觉得太清淡了我就会配个草莓🍓蓝莓,健康很多。
