虽然不知道火锅川粉和火锅粉是不是一样的,但口感差不多,都是红薯粉制成,在火锅汤里煮几分钟就能吃了,非常软糯Q弹,造型就是正常的宽粉,如果不吃火锅,自己开水煮了拌酱吃也是不错的,会回购。
