IV. Usage Method
Preparation of Spicy Sliced Beef and Ox Tongue Hot Pot:
Heat oil in a pot, add scallions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the seasoning packet and stir-fry until the oil turns red.
Pour in high soup or water (about 500ml) and bring to a boil.
First, add bean sprouts and other vegetables and cook until done, then remove and place at the bottom of the bowl.
Next, add duck blood, luncheon meat, beef tongue slices and other main ingredients and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour the soup and ingredients into a bowl, sprinkle with minced garlic, dried chili segments and Sichuan pepper, and drizzle with hot oil.
How to cook boiled fish or boiled pork slices:
Marinate the fish or pork slices with starch and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pot, add scallions, ginger and garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add the seasoning packet and stir-fry until the oil turns red.
Pour in high soup stock or water (about 500ml) and bring to a boil.
Add vegetables and cook until done, then remove and place at the bottom of a bowl.
Gradually add the fish or pork slices into the pot one by one and cook until they turn white and are fully cooked.
Pour the soup and meat into a bowl, sprinkle with minced garlic, dried chili segments and Sichuan pepper, and drizzle with hot oil.
Spicy Hot Pot Recipe:
Prepare various meat and vegetable ingredients (chicken wings, shrimps, lotus root slices, potatoes, etc.) by blanching or frying them until done and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped scallions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the seasoning packet and stir-fry until the oil turns red.
Add all the prepared ingredients and stir-fry evenly.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander, and serve.
Spicy Chicken Recipe:
Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate them with cooking wine and light soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken pieces until they change color.
Add chopped scallions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the seasoning packet and stir well.
Add a little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and let the sauce thicken before serving.
