Matcha Coconut Cloud🥥
Ingredients:
- Matcha powder – 2 tsp
- Coconut juice – 1 cup (chilled)
- Hot water – 2–3 tbsp
- Ice cubes – as desired
- Sweetener (honey, sugar, or syrup) – optional
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until fully dissolved and frothy. Add sweetener if desired.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour in the chilled coconut juice.
- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the coconut juice to create a two-layer effect.
- Watch the green cloud float above the clear coconut base, then stir before drinking for a refreshing blend.
