Simple ingredients will save you time and fill you up.
Clean the pork chops and marinate with salt and pepper.
At the same time, wash the rice and cook it in a pot.
Heat the pan with olive oil and fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Then cut into strips to make it riper faster and easier to eat.
Finally, add some tonkatsu sauce (in fact, I added it at will, try to match it).
Meat is a must, so I added half a lettuce to keep the dinner from being monotonous.
When you fry everything, your rice is cooked too. Exactly 30 minutes from prep to cooked.
As if the tonkatsu sauce didn't go well, I used the sweet and spicy sauce for the dipping sauce.
Because sometimes I eat it myself or cook it for my nephew.
I don't want to make it too complicated, just one plate of meat, one plate of dishes, just simple.
