🌸Ingredients (can make 3 pieces)
✨Imitation batter: 150g flour + 200g water + 2g salt
(It is said to be imitation batter because the authentic one uses mung bean flour. This ratio is not very useful. I tested N times on my home appliance baking pan)
✨Imitation sauce: 1 spoon sweet noodle sauce + half spoon sugar + half spoon water
(The authentic sauce also contains soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc. I didn’t want to add too much salt. In fact, it tastes very good.)
✨Eggs: one cake one
✨Side dishes: optional, I added lettuce and lunch meat, sprinkled with black sesame seeds

1. Prepare the fruit/hemp leaves/thin crisp (I have sent the sun-dried goods before, just search for the hemp leaves), this time I was lazy and fried wontons and stewed skin
