我在落山雞村,公司有入股的川菜館我都不寫就寫漢舍,就知道我有多愛它!

開始介紹菜品之前,要跟大家報告一下,漢舍還在希爾頓廣場,開了間漢小館,菜式基本上都是一樣的,所以大家覺得漢舍地點太遠了,希爾頓廣場大家都絕對不陌生😏


🎉首先介紹的是冷盤:


     ❤️❤️❤️當之無愧最火紅的就是這個晾衣白肉,我不想掛的不是毛筆,而是五花肉和黃瓜片,以墨硯則是蒜蓉汁,這個白肉吃起來比較清爽,不過蒜味也比較輕




🎉再來介紹的是一個又一個既好看又好吃的主菜


     ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️辣子雞是我的最愛,在漢舍可以選有骨或無骨又或者混合,但在漢小館就只有有骨的了,店家說是因為漢舍比較多非華裔的顧客,所以要迎合他們的口味





     ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️雖然說辣子雞是我的最愛,可是每次必點的卻是燻焗羊排,羊排表層烤得脆脆的,裡面的肉超級嫩,煙燻的味道也恰到好處,配合旁邊的調味粉,難怪是每場必點的菜品!




❤️❤️❤️接著是沸騰水煮魚,這次我們選了原條的鱸魚,上桌的時候這鍋魚還在滾動,就好像再說你快點來吃我吧😂不過美中不足的是魚骨太多了






❤️❤️❤️❤️蜜汁脆皮蝦,也是招牌菜之一,吃起來酥脆酥脆的,味道甜甜的,連殻也不用剥就吞進肚子裡了





❤️❤️❤️❤️漢舍的招牌菜真多,美容蹄也是其中之一,運我這不是🐷腳的都覺得好吃就知道有多好吃了!





❤️❤️❤️作為一家正宗的川菜館,又怎麼少得了冒菜,漢舍的冒菜分為老街(其實就是一般)冒菜和精品冒菜,圖片的是精品冒菜,裡面有海參和鱔魚等比較貴的材料,可是我覺得料下得有點不夠🤔






❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️肉介紹太多就給大家介紹一個菜吧,蛋黃焗南瓜,蛋黃和南瓜的比例恰到好處超級好吃😋

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️首先為大家介紹紅糖糍粑,這個甜點太有綽頭了!第一次去我還以為那是豆腐呢🤣




❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️不想吃熱的甜點嗎?那就是是冰粉吧,超可愛的有沒有!中間洞裡的是一塊西瓜和一點酒釀,再加上一點點黑糖漿,夏天吃起來,一個字爽!





❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️最後為大家介紹的甜品超級特別,因為他不是一個甜品,而是一組甜品!哈哈哈哈哈,麻將都出動了,太太太過癮了😆😆😆

其實麻將是椰汁糕,另外還有酒釀丸子,南瓜餅,紅棗夾核桃(不知道店家是不是在亞米進貨的呢😝),包着鹹肉的湯圓(沒有湯的還叫湯圓嗎?🤔),總之就是包羅萬有!
