This seasoned ponzu combines whole-pressed yuzu juice with a perfect blend of bonito and kelp dashi. It uses 100% yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, Japan’s top yuzu-producing region. Delicious on hot pots, shabu-shabu, tataki dishes, salads, boiled vegetables, gyoza, grilled fish, and many other dishes.
