What is Xiao Qing Gan (Green Tangerine Pu-erh)?
1. What is Xiao Qing Gan?
Xiao Qing Gan is a specialty tea made by hollowing out unripe Xinhui green tangerines, filling them with Yunnan ripe Pu-erh tea, and processing them through traditional methods such as sun-drying or partial sun-drying.
Because the citrus fruit is small and green, it is called “Xiao Qing Gan” (little green tangerine). The finished product retains the whole tangerine shape, making it both distinctive and visually appealing.
