Cooing Instructions:
1.Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the dried rice noodles, and simmer over low heat for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare 450ml of boiling water.
2.Once the rice noodles can be easily broken with chopsticks, remove them from the pot and place them in a bowl. Add sesame paste, powder seasoning, celery, and seaweed. Pour in the 450ml of boiling water and stir well with chopsticks.
3.Finally, add scallion oil, peanuts, chili oil, and vinegar. Stir well again before serving.
Friendly reminder: Do not pour the sesame paste packet into the pot for cooking.
