Soaking method: Dried Morel mushrooms are obtained through air-drying and have a richer flavor. Dried Morels need to be soaked before consumption.
The amount of water used for soaking should be moderate, just enough to cover the surface of the mushrooms.
After soaking for about 20-30 minutes, the water will turn reddish-brown and the Morels will become completely soft, and they can be removed and washed for later use, such as in cooking or soup making.
