To bring out the natural color of matcha, we adjusted the ingredient ratio and cooking temperature to draw out the original flavor and color of the tea leaves. The gentle sweetness of the white cream and the lingering aroma of the tea blend together, creating a soft and lingering aftertaste. The light and crispy texture harmonizes perfectly with the white cream.
