About Ramen:
Made with premium Maesawa beef from Iwate Prefecture, paired with a rich and unique original soy sauce broth simmered for two days. The soup boasts a deep, mellow flavor, while the noodles are firm and chewy—a combination we take pride in.
【How to Cook】:
- Preheat the liquid soup pack (do not open) by placing it in hot water until thoroughly warmed.
- Before the noodles are done cooking, pour the liquid soup into a bowl, add 300ml of hot water, and mix well.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the cooked noodles thoroughly and place them in the bowl with the soup. Add toppings such as green onions, chashu pork, or bamboo shoots as desired for enhanced flavor.
