HUANG FU SHAN ZHEN Dried Mushroom are widely used in Asian cuisines. It has rich sources of vitamin B, fiber, magnesium, and potassium. These mushrooms are easy to rehydrate. To make a simple side dish – saute the hydrated mushrooms with oil, salt and pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS
Hydrate the mushroom until it is completely softened. Use it accordingly.
