Home Back Workout:

III. Usage Method
Back Training (Seated Row):
Place your feet on the footrests, hold the handles with both hands, and slightly bend your knees.
Keep your back straight and your core tight, then pull the handles towards your abdomen.
Feel the contraction of your back muscles and slowly release.
Perform 12-15 repetitions per set and do 3-4 sets.
Push-up assist:
Wrap the resistance band around your back and hold the handles with both hands to support yourself on the ground.
When performing push-ups, the elastic band provides upward assistance.
It is suitable for those with insufficient strength to progress gradually.
Arm Training (Bicep Curl):
Place your feet on the footrests, hold the handles with both hands, and let your arms hang naturally.
Keep your upper arms still and curl your forearms upward, feeling the contraction of your biceps.
Lower slowly. Do 12 to 15 repetitions per set and complete 3 to 4 sets.
Shoulder Training (Front Raise):
Place your feet on the footrests, hold the handles with both hands, and let your arms hang at your sides.
Extend your arms straight forward to shoulder height.
Lower them slowly. Do 12 to 15 repetitions per set, for 3 to 4 sets.
Yoga stretching:
It is used to assist in performing various stretching movements, such as seated forward bend, butterfly pose, etc., helping to deepen the stretching range.
