LEASING DETAIL

DOWNPAYMENT: $100 （Has been paid off through Yamibuy）

MONTHLY PAYMENT: $41.99

For leasing clients:

3-year contract: includes product management, FREE maintains and FREE filter replacement within a regular time basis.
COWAY customer service will contact client and arrange an appointment for installation within 2 business-day after receiving the order information (product leasing option only available for customers who have SSN; for those who does not have SSN can only chose product purchasing); COWAY will provide the auto-pay application form to the prospective customer during the installation.
Within 3-year contract term:
- Customer can apply lease-to-buy within the period starts from the 2^nd month to the 18^th month after the lease contract has been initiated. Purchasing Price=selling price – (50% of all monthly payment has been paid off + down payment)
- Product transfer requirements:
  - 1. Product transfer form, sign by both transferor and transferee; 2. No non-payment applied; 3. The new address of the transferee has to meet the requirements of COWAY product-installation; 4. Qualified legal identification of the transferee and the auto-payment application are required at the same time; 5. NO product transfer under same address.
- Early termination:
  - Early termination of the contract will cause a termination fee. Termination fee= (daily leasing cost * days left on the contract) *50%
Upon the expiration of the contract:
- Customer must contact COWAY customer service for service termination.
- NO automatic termination without a confirmation of service-termination from customer; COWAY will continue monthly payment through auto-pay; COWAY will continue the product management service and filter replacement service on a regular basis.
- If the customer wishes to return or upgrade the product, COWAY will send a technician for uninstallation or upgrade at no additional charges.
- COWAY will offer special discount toward down payment for product renewal to the existing customer.
- There will be no refund of the product's initial payment in the event of a return or upgrade.
