娱乐圈人士容易离婚的原因并不限于工作忙、夫妻交流的时间少，下面再讲两个原因。有一种心理效应叫作“角色性格”，即角色可以改变一个人的性格。人会扮演自己或社会赋予自己的角色。例如，自己是学生就应该像个学生，刚进入社会的新人就该像个新人，当了科长就该有个科长的样儿，是时装模特就该时刻保持模特气质……可别小看这种名为“角色性格”的心理效应，它的作用非常强大。很多人被赋予了某种角色的同时，性格会立刻发生变化。此外，还有人会把角色性格“习惯化”，甚至向自己本来的性格渗透。以明星为例，他们大多在家中也无法卸下“明星的架子”，很难再把自己的角色定位到妻子或丈夫的位置。无法扮演自己在家庭中的角色，说得通俗一点，那就是不称职的妻子或丈夫。那么，可想而知他们的家庭关系怎能和谐？
再有，娱乐圈人士的婚姻还有一个特点，那就是夫妻双方都有各自独立的事业，而且收入都很高。在日本的普通家庭，一般是男主外、女主内，女性大多不用出去工作而成为“全职主妇”。这样一来，即使女性想离婚，也很难下定决心，因为离婚后连维持生活都成了问题。娱乐界人士却不存在这个问题。
