Guilin is a city in southern China known for its exquisite landscape of limestone karst hills. They are also known for Mifen, thin noodles made of rice. Mifen is much more delicate and fragile as opposed to wheat noodle. Rice vermicelli is usually available as fresh, frozen, or dried, all of which are in various shapes, textures, and levels of thickness.
