| 食用方法 | 榨菜肉絲食譜： 食材：瘦肉絲、榨菜、食鹽、生抽、白糖、料酒、蔥、薑、蒜、生粉適量 步驟： 1.瘦肉絲放入碗中，加入適量生抽、料酒、薑絲、生粉抓勻後倒入少量食用油醃製一小會兒 2.鍋中放入底油，油熱後放入肉絲炒至變色盛出備用 3.炒鍋內留少許底油，放入薑蒜爆香後加入榨菜絲大火翻炒2-3分鐘 4.加入肉絲，繼續翻炒1-2分鐘，撒入少量白砂糖提鮮，依據個人口味適當加入少量生抽炒勻即可出鍋 5.榨菜肉絲可以直接配米飯食用，也可以當做配料搭配米線、麵條等 |
