Q&A:
Q1. Can I apply this ampoule directly to my skin?
Yes. Although it is a high-dose ampoule, it has been confirmed through a primary skin irritation test that it can be applied directly to bare skin.
Q2. When can I use it after dermatology care?
You may use it once cleansing and skincare are possible.
However, please follow your dermatologist’s instructions if separate guidance is provided.
Q3. The scent seems unusual. Is this normal?
Pixcell Biom™ 2Billion/mL contains 90% probiotic ferment ingredients.
Since no additional fragrance is used, a natural raw-material scent may be noticeable. This does not indicate product deterioration or abnormality.
Q4. My skin feels warm or tingling after applying it.
When the skin’s primary barrier is weakened, the skin pH may become more alkaline, which can cause sensitivity when using cosmetics.
This may be a natural response while the skin restores balance and strengthens its barrier.
If irritation feels severe, temporarily stop use and adjust the amount applied.
Caution:
If redness, swelling, itching, or other irritation occurs during or after use due to direct sunlight, consult a specialist.
Avoid use on wounded areas.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store away from direct sunlight.
