🍵 How to drink it? — Brewing Guide
Kung Fu Tea Brewing Method (Recommended)
Place one tea bag (approx. 7.8g) into a gaiwan or Yixing teapot.
Pour boiling water at 100℃ over the tea, quickly rinsing it once (pour immediately and discard).
The first infusion should be steeped for about 30 seconds; subsequent infusions should be steeped for 10-15 seconds longer.
It can be infused more than 7 times, each infusion yielding a different flavor, becoming more delicious with each brew.
Daily Cup Brewing Method
Place half a tea bag (approx. 3-4g) into a cup.
Add boiling water at 100℃ until it is about 70% full.
Wait until the tea leaves unfurl before drinking (about 2-3 minutes).
Add more water when the cup is about 1/3 full to avoid prolonged steeping and bitterness.
