Tsumura's Kampo formulations
"Yokkan-san" is a traditional Chinese medicine recorded in the classic text "Huo Ying Zuo Yao." It is used for moderate physical strength, nervous tension caused by stress, irritability, and insomnia, as well as for symptoms such as "irritability" and "teeth grinding."
"Tsumura Kampo Yokkan-san Extract Granules" are easy-to-take granules made from extracts of "Yokkan-san."
Medicines must be taken according to the proper dosage and instructions. Deviating from the recommended usage can lead to serious health risks. Always read the instruction leaflet carefully before use, and follow the prescribed dosage. Even when used correctly, side effects may occur. If you notice any abnormal symptoms, stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not take this product if:

Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or exerting oneself, difficulty breathing, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.
Heart failure: Shortness of breath when moving, fatigue, swelling of the legs, sudden weight gain.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
3. If symptoms do not improve after about 1 month (or about 1 week for pediatric nighttime crying), stop use and consult a healthcare professional with this document.
●Efficacy and Indications
For moderate physical strength, nervous tension, irritability, and related symptoms such as:
Neurosis, insomnia, childhood night crying, childhood nervousness, teeth grinding, menopause symptoms, and blood-related disorders (see note).
Note: Blood-related disorders refer to mental and physical symptoms such as anxiety and irritability that occur due to hormonal fluctuations during menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, or menopause in women.

●Storage and Handling Precautions
1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. If saving leftover from splitting a sachet, fold the bag opening and consume within 2 days.
4. As this product uses crude herbs (medicinal grass roots, bark, etc.), the granule color may vary slightly between batches, but efficacy remains unchanged.
5. Do not use products past their expiration date.
